For National Aboriginal Veterans Day (established 1994), Calgary Salutes presents a lecture honouring the contributions of First Nations, Métis and Inuit peoples to Canada's military, from the distant past to the present, acknowledging the historical injustices many Indigenous veterans faced during and after their service. Free, donation recommended (suggested minimum donation $10).
